Ground your body in a sequence of yin asanas designed to open up fascia and clear space for better alignment. To keep our hands engaged during the stillness of the poses, which are held from 3-6 minutes, we will simultaneously draw flowers from observation to engage mind and spirit and foster integration. Plenty of materials to share, feel free to bring your own, plus I have kits for sale.
